What we'll unpack

01

Agents in production

What it actually takes to move autonomous agents from demo to a regulated banking workflow — reliability, audit trails, and the human-in-the-loop that has to stay.

02

Governance & guardrails

The compliance and risk frameworks that decide what can really ship inside a supervised institution — and how they are being rewritten for agentic systems.

03

AI-native operating models

What the bank looks like when it is rebuilt around models and agents rather than retrofitted — the new shape of teams, products and wealth management.

About this event

Banking has always traded on weight — committees, signatures, vaults, fiduciary duty, human accountability. Agentic AI proposes to abstract most of that friction away: decisions in milliseconds, actions at scale without a signature, a system that is frictionless, autonomous and infinitely light — and, once you actually get there, faintly unsettling. Who is accountable when no human is in the loop, and is a bank without weight still a bank?

This panel brings together practitioners building AI-native financial products to unpack three shifts hitting banking and wealth management at once: autonomous agents moving from demo to production, the governance and compliance frameworks that decide what can really ship inside a regulated institution, and the AI-native operating models emerging underneath. Moderated by Dr. Andreas Janoschek (Gerevest.ai), with Vahan Avetisyan (CTO, Cigno) and a subject-matter expert from wonderful.ai. Hosted at wonderful.ai on Place de la Synagogue, with drinks and networking to follow.
